Honeycomb

We had a wonderful visit with my grandmother this week. She has been out here staying with my parents and came over for the morning and joined in on our school activities.

She brought with her some honey comb and today the girls and I enjoyed looking it over and tasting it. Just a few weeks back we had learned Proverbs 16:24 "Pleasant words are a honeycomb sweet to the soul and healing to the bones."

We had a fun time talking about "pleasant words" and what these words give to someone when spoken. We also enjoyed tasting how sweet honey is and how good it is to taste. What a sweet gift "pleasant words" are when given to others. Thank you Oma for the honeycomb!!
