On Wednesday we got almost four inches of snow. This was out first good snow of the season. We went out two times on Wednesday to enjoy it! The weather turned very cold yesterday and today so I think that we will be waiting until tomorrow to go outside again when it should reach 20 degrees (it is 11:39 am and I think it finally made it up to -2, it was as low as -12 last night). Here are just a few pictures that we took of our fun in the snow!

The second time we went out the snow flakes falling were so big. I do not think that this picture can truly capture that, but it was beautiful
Madisen had so much fun in the snow, I think that she would of stayed out for hours if we would of let her. ~~~
Yesterday, when it was too cold to go out into the snow we brought it in. I got this idea from the homespun heart and this post. The girls had fun and they played until there was only water left. I am sure we will be doing this again!

The pictures are so sweet! Did you ever think you would enjoy living in snow? It's been amazing to me how we have all come to love it. Although, with that being said, we do love the warm weather after the cold has been here awhile. :)

I used to put the kids in their snow pants & boots and put snow in the bathtub on days it was too cold to go outside. It is much easier to clean up and they had so much fun!
What a great idea to bring the snow inside! No boots, snowsuits, mittens, hats, etc. Love it!!!
