Safe In The Arms Of God by John MacArthur has been such a blessing to me over these last few week. My husband had read this book several years ago and recommended I read it after Mason died.
When Mason died, I knew he was in Heaven, but I could not think or have given you much scriptural support as why I knew he was in Heaven. John MacArthur does a wonderful job of showing you why it is that little ones go to heaven by providing you with solid scriptural support. Safe In Thee Arms Of God brought such comfort to me. I think that I need to read the first chapter, on Psalms 139, every few months.
We have since given this book to many as a way to share why we have such peace about Mason's death. We know that he is safe in the arms of God, and that we will see him some day when we are reunited in Heaven. If you have any questions or doubts about where your little one is. Please read Safe In The Arms Of God and you will understand the grace that God gives to little ones who die.

Anna,
I came over from my friend Noreen's blog. I'm praying for you, your husband and family and while I'm so saddened that your precious son is not with you physically here (although his heart of love is with you I'm sure); I am also rejoicing in knowing your precious son is with the LORD and one day all of you will be together with the LORD. I'm praying for God's peace and comfort to rest with you and your family.
I will have to check into this book so that I too can recommend to others.
My love and prayers...
Lisa
