Family Time!

At the beginning of this month (boy how time flies!) we enjoyed a week of family time! We enjoyed what we called a "staycation". We spend one night away from home visiting the Creation Museum and Abraham Lincoln's boyhood home in southern Indiana. With the rest of our time we enjoyed going to the Zoo, and camping in the backyard (and because of rain we "camped" in the living room), but we did get in a camp fire and many other fun activities. Here are a few pictures of our fun week!

We were so excited to get a glimpse of our zoo's new baby elephant!

All ready to watch the planetarium presentation.

In the Creation Museum's "Garden of Eden".
So thankful that we remembered the umbrellas as they were much needed as we made our way to visit the animals.

Feeding the Camel!

With much nervous laughter she built up the courage to feed the goats!

Showing off their Junior Ranger Badges and certificates at Abraham Lincoln's Boyhood home.
